All returns must be received within 2 weeks from the time they are received by you. Please include a small note describing why you have returned your products and a copy of the original packing slip, noting which products have been returned if not all of them. We'll refund or credit the value of the item(s) excluding delivery charges. Please allow 10-15 days from the day you return your package for us to receive and process it and to credit your account.
